QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING AT TOWN OF EDGEWOOD COMMISSION. Concerns the appeal of the approval granted by the Town of Edgewood Planning and Zoning Commission for a Minor Subdivision on May 15, 2025.

Campbell Farming Corporation was granted approval to create Village 2, consisting of five tracts on Parcel 910012931, Section 36, Township 10N, Range 7E, located within the Town of Edgewood, Bernalillo County, New Mexico. The property is zoned Master Plan (M-P), and the subdivision approval was granted pursuant to Town of Edgewood Ordinance 1999-R—Procedural Basis.
