3 – EMAIL YOUR OPINION TO THE SANDOVAL COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Support us by recommending to the Sandoval County Commissioners to relocate Diamond Tail Ranch Solar Project (PCR Solar and BESS Plant).  EMPAC supports solar energy but believes our proposed West Mesa Solar Energy Corridor (WMSEC) is a better location to protect our homes and the Sandia Basin from uncontrolled wild fires and to protect the Turquoise Trail National Scenic Byway – “Right Project, Wrong Location.” Follow the steps below to email your letter:

Step 1: Download the West Mesa Solar Energy Corridor Letter (Download)
Step 2: Sign and save the letter.
Step 3: Click this email link to send to the County Commissioners.
Step 4: Attach your signed letter to the email.
Step 5: Click SEND.

4 – URGENT FOR EVERYONE TO ATTEND THE HEARING!
Your presence will send a message to the County that in no uncertain terms, an industrial solar plant should not be located along the Turquoise Trial Scenic Byway for MANY reasons and needs to be moved to the West Mesa Solar Energy Corridor.

We can’t do this without your help! It’s going to take each of us doing our part RIGHT NOW to win this!

Your friends at EMPAC
