EMPAC is Preparing an Appeal

Posted on November 26, 2024
EMPAC IS PREPARING AN APPEAL
of the Edgewood Planning and Zoning Commission’s
Approval of the Campbell Ranch Minor Subdivision on 11.21.24
  • EMPAC is working with legal counsel to file an appeal with the Edgewood Commission by December 6, 2024.
  • Our appeal will include multiple “legally affected parties”. Edgewood defines a legally affected party as those
who received a certified letter from them. This group of appellants gives our appeal absolute standing
    in this matter.
  • If our appeal is successful – all East Mountain and Edgewood residents WIN!
  • The Edgewood Commission will schedule an appeal hearing date sometime within the next 60 days.
