Campbell Ranch Application DENIED!!

Posted on July 24, 2025

TOWN OF EDGEWOOD COMMISSIONERS DENY APPLICATION 4-0

It took years to get here, but tonight, the Commissioners got it right. ✅✅✅

If you were able to attend the 5 1/2 hour hearing or watch it live via streaming, you enjoyed the exciting conclusion when the Town of Edgewood Commissioners voted 4-0 to DENY the Campbell Ranch Farming application.

Now that’s our kind of ending to a very long story!

How did THIS wonderful thing happen? Let us tell you…

It was because YOU:

  • Attended numerous hearings!
  • Wrote letters and more letters to the P&Z and Town Commissioners, sharing facts and real-life stories about why Campbell Ranch would not be a good fit for our East Mountains neighborhoods.
  • Made phone calls to the Town to voice your opposition.
  • Shared information with to rally friends, neighbors, and family.
  • Donated generously to support the costs of our legal counsel, which we couldn’t do without.
  • YOU DID NOT STOP!

This is a huge victory for the East Mountains communities, and we cannot express our gratitude for your continued support.

From the bottom of our hearts,

Thank you from your
Friends & Neighbors at EMPAC
